Yes, my figurines are made of a professional-grade, non-toxic polymer and do not require toxic paints or varnishes, because the pigment is permanently suspended in the polymer. Therefore, they can stand directly on a cake. They are also waterproof, and can be carefully hand-washed with a gentle soap as needed.

'Free Shipping' to U.S. addresses is typically USPS First Class Mail, which takes from 2-5 business days, depending on your location. If you purchase Priority Mail shipping the delivery window is 1-3 business days.

Signature Confirmation is included to discourage theft (unless I'm shipping to a PO Box, or you request otherwise).

In twelve years of shipping thousands of packages, the only ones that have gone missing, were left on porches or in apartment lobbies. Signature Confirmation is required to prevent theft (unless shipping to a USPS PO Box). I do make exceptions by request.

For minor repairs, I recommend using a cyanoacrylate gel (also known as 'super glue'. I highly recommend Loctite Gel).

If a figurine arrives damaged from shipping, I will repair or replace the figurine depending on the amount of damage. Simply let me know and ship it back to me, preferably in its original packaging. I will refund the shipping cost to cover the unforeseen expense and repair your piece as soon as it arrives. My turnaround time will be just one week.

I use biodegradable packing peanuts that can be re-used or composted. My gift boxes and shipping boxes are made of paper and can be re-used and recycled. The bubble wrap can be re-used. The only plastics I use are bubble wrap and shipping tape. My shop is in compliance with the German Packaging Act, VerpackG and registered with the LUCID Packaging Register.

If you need to return a purchased item, contact me within 14 days of delivery. I’ll refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost.
